Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and details on where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or defective. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom-sized vehicle graphics, personalised designs, and gift cards, as these are tailored to your requirements or non-refundable by nature. Additionally, we do not accept returns for items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. Please note that the item must be returned in the same condition as it was received-unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order number, will also be required to process your return.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
